Today I'm linking up with Leigh Ashley for Wee Bit Wednesday (in my case, Thursday) and Mr. & Mrs. Smith for the Jiggle Challenge! Ready for some fun questions, learning about my trials and tribulations with weight loss? I hope so because I'm writing all about it either way :)
Maybe 2-3 times a year to go to weddings but even then it's not like I wear ballgowns.
Now for the Jiggle Challenge.....
I am unsure whether to be happy or not to report that I have neither gained nor lost a SINGLE pound!!! It's great that at least my weight loss hasn't been sabotaged by another pesky pound being added onto me but at the same time I am sad that I haven't been able to say goodbye to more of my fat :(
Oh well...I'm still not giving up because this week the hubby has been a huge help in encouraging me to lose the weight by agreeing to get me a 6-day cruise for my graduation present in December!! If that's not motivation right there then I don't know what is! Also, he has been eating healthier with me and we both discovered that eating the right foods can actually be a lot more fun than we thought. We enjoy time together while he grills everything and it gives an excuse to eat dinner under our new gazebo :) He also got this amazing protein drink that I have been making with mixed berries for breakfast in the morning so I'm expecting some great results very soon!
