Today I just {re}discovered a site that I completely forgot about! It was like I saw it for the first time today, even though I apparently created a profile 11 months ago...oops! Please tell me I'm not the only one who has done this?
The site I'm referring to is Polyvore.com, which I'm sure a lot of you already use. But if you haven't been on there before, I completely recommend it! Just about every item from every clothing store is listed on there and you can mix and match to your little heart's delight {i.e. this is THE site for planning all my vacation shopping}!
I'm still undecided as to whether this is a good or bad thing, though, because I'm seeing a ton of cute/unique/unusual items that I'm suddenly wondering how I ever lived without. Agh!
It's OK...
... to window shop online and use sites like Polyvore to pretend that you are actually trying on the clothes.
... to love these cute maxi dresses from Forever21 that are all under $20! Amazing, right?
... to think you can get away with wearing colorful everything from the months between May and August.
... to be determined to drink more water. Even if that means you forget all day and then drink 4 consecutive glasses just before bed, failing to realize the 'effects' that water will have on your night's sleep :/
... to love dogs, but not feel ready to live with one just yet. We thought we were ready...until we dog-sat for a few days!
... to adore teal, yellow and hot pink! If I ever had a bachelorette pad, that would definitely be my color scheme but would probably scare off any guy within a 50 mile radius, ha! So perhaps it's a good thing I didn't have one? But I still love wearing those colors:
... to walk around the baby section of Target just to see the itty-bitty newborn clothes
... then to pass by the diaper and baby care items and realize how much WORK comes with having a baby! {We are definitely planning on 1+ kiddos in the future, but not anytime soon}
... to always need to have something to look forward to. It's what makes all the monotonous days go by so much quicker!
... to love laying on the couch with the hubster while watching Netflix. In my days of dating Danny I would have never believed that I could enjoy something so seemingly boring, haha! Marriage really does change you!
love always,

I love all of those colors too! And those maxi dresses?! Love Love! I have become a tad obsessed with them lately!
I was just in Tarjay yesterday walking through the baby isles thinking I should have one more. Then I realized my youngest is about to start Kindergarten in the fall and I don't want to start over. I'm good with my two babies. :) Yes this heat is ridiculous although today its only 78 degrees. BTW: I'm your newest follower as well. :)
Love those dresses and I am on the same page big on color from May-August too!
I love polyvore...so fun!!! Love the teal, pink and yellow!
You can totally get away with lots of color from May-August!! :)
Yeah babies are a TON of work..Someone should've told me that when all I ever did was check out all the cute baby clothes! haha
Love those maxi dresses for summer!
LOVE those maxi dresses and their prices!! You can't beat it!
I'm so with you on the nana-ness! My date night of choice at the moment is always takeaways, wine, and a movie on the couch - I just want to snug and relax!
I am seriously dying without a sweet pup of my own here! I've always had dogs so I'm finding it super hard for the company, cuddles, motivation to take them for walks, and pure love :(
But I know I can't have one for at least a couple more years; heartbreaking!
I love Maxi Dresses but NOT on me. They make me look funny for some reason. Maybe it's all in my head but I'm seriously paranoid everytime I put one on.
Your so right, marriage definitely changes you. Children change you even more :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE the maxi dresses!
Thanks greatt blog post
