Birthday Week Continues!
Today I'm linking up with Jamie for WILW and this is a special edition for me! I'm officially celebrating my birthday week and this post is all things B-DAY! After I turned 18 birthdays have been bittersweet because they acknowledge the fact that life flies by so quickly and that we must take advantage of every moment we are given because we can never get back the years that have gone by. Don't get me wrong, I believe in second chances but as sad as it is there is just no way we can literally go back to being 18 again :(Now on to WILW....
I'm liking that this will be the first birthday that I am celebrating with the hubby! We are going to celebrate with a weekend getaway to Disney and it is MUCH needed!
I'm liking that there will only be 23 candles on my cake :) Although, even when I'm 40 there will still only be that number of candles on my cake, haha!
I'm liking that my last day of class is on Thursday so my weekend will be completely stress-free. There is nothing worse than trying to enjoy a vacation while the worries of school are still waiting for you at home.
I'm liking that I got early birthday gifts! I already received the purple cover for my Macbook Pro that I have been wanting for a while now, some comfy Crocs sandals (they actually look pretty cute!), a lawn makeover, and $$$! I guess my friends and family have come to realize what an impatient person I am but Danny still has some surprises up his sleeve for me...I can't wait!
