I still can't believe I'm 24! TWENTY-FOUR! Holy cow, it even feels strange typing it!
So here's how my birthday morning began...
I usually wake up to cuddles from the hubster.
But not today.
Instead I woke up to Danny carrying my stuffed teddy bear into the room.
Hold on just a second there! Did he really just try to re-gift my own teddy bear back to me?!
I understand it was 6:30 in the am and I wasn't fully awake, but he must be asking for a bad day if he thought he could pull one over one me.
Fortunately for him, there was one thing that made this bear an amazing birthday present - the BLING it had around it's neck!
To sum it up, my birthday morning consisted of the sweetest birthday card ever (he even wrote me a poem) and a diamond necklace! Plus a re-introduction to the teddy bear that has spent the last year on the top shelf of my closet ;)
If getting older means "grown-up" gifts like these will come my way, then bring it on! Ha!
