Whole Lot of Mumbo Jumbo!

So...Sunday was Easter! Happy late Easter/ Resurrection Day to you all and I hope you had a fab time with family :)
We just went to a friend's house for lunch and shared a lot of laughs and great food. Unfortunately there were no kiddos around so no easter egg hunt i.e. no free amusement as you watch kids turn on each other in order to find candy-filled eggs, ha! But we still laughed pretty hard because my friend's camera had a setting that makes you look HUGE! It was all good and fun until she posted them on Facebook! Ugh, I am already bracing myself for all the pregnancy questions that will be sure to follow : /

But honestly, what a fun-filled four days I had! Rather than try to explain all the excitement-filled days {yeah right} and have you try to imagine it, here is a picture recap of my weekend plus a few random photos thrown into the mix :)
Danny's dad turned 70!

our moms :)

easter drama...ignore the bags under the eyes : /

Hahaha. Do you know how many sleeping pics I have of my hubby? (Far more than he'll admit.) Too funny...and what a naught pup. Ha! I have a 9 month old Golden Retriever. She sneaks up whenever she can. Read you're wanting a puppy. Just be's a lot of work, time and expense. Of course, they're adorable as I'll get out, but definitely a commitment. (Oy! The things we've been though already. And of course, it's all blogged about. Haha.)

I read your "about me" and love story. I met my husband at church, too! We have a very unique story (he was twice my age when I met him at 17...yikes!) But we've been married 12 years and have 3 kids. God is definitely the center of our marriage...only way it works.

You remind me a lot of one of my best friends. Her mom is from the Phillipines and her dad, though not from New Zealand, is Caucasian. She has that beautiful blend, like you. ;)

Now that I left you a book, I think I'll go click to follow! Lol. ;)

Btw...did you know your word verification for comments is on? Just FYI, in case you weren't aware (because no one told me!) It's the new default since the Blogger dashboard change. (I blogged a funny post on that, too, recently. Seriously, is there anything us bloggers DON'T blog on? Hahaha.)

Officially concluding the longest comment in history. ;)
