Keeping Busy with a Capital B!!

Happy Tuesday, Friends!

It's another work week already (I only work Tues. - Fri. and am loving the 3-day weekends!)  and I feel like I just blinked and the weekend was over! What is up with that?! But it's all good because though this week is super-duper busy, it's totally worth it.  I'm such an impatient person and it's great that many of the things I have been waiting for are happening this week.  Here's what's going down:

  1. We are having a garage sale on Saturday morning.  This is no typical sale.  We have been going all out preparing for this major event for the last TWO weeks so that our sale will stand out from the rest!  We are even getting balloons to put in our front yard. Seriously.

     2. We are getting in our new leather sectional! Since we got married we have been using a couch (more like a love seat) that my sweet mom gave us and though it has served it's purpose and we are truly grateful for it, I'm so elated to see it go! It was from the '70s and had a dark brown fabric with pink and green floral and pictures of birds on it. I tried looking on Google for a pic of something similar and the closest thing I could find is the chair pictured below.  Imagine birds intermingled between the flowers and it looks just like that!

     3. My husband is going back to school! This week is a crazy one because he is re-enrolling and has to get all of the lengthy paperwork taken care of but it is well worth it!  He has been so busy working and getting everything taken care of for the house ever since we got married but now it's finally time for him to complete his educational goals and I am so proud of him!
I hope you all have a fantastic day!

love always,
