My New Obsession...I would never have guessed!

So I have found a new hobby and I think I'm a little addicted to it! The good news is my husband truly supports me with this, and even encourages me to continue my obsession (especially when he sees all the benefits it has for him)!  I have known for years that I should be doing this but didn't see how fun it could really be until I started doing some research online.

Are you curious yet?

Ok,ok....I'll spill the beans.

It's COUPONING!!!!

Yes, I know, it's ah-mazing!  I never thought I would be one of those "penny-pinching" women but it turns out that I am actually really great at pinching those pennies and I get even more encouraged when I end up getting something for free.  In just a couple months of "clipping" I have saved some major bucks! The best deals were a $36 shirt for $0.86 and $40 shorts for the hubby for only $5.35 including tax at JC Penney as well as lots of free items at Walmart and grocery stores.

For those who are just starting out I would definitely suggest signing up for weekly updates from coupons.com and checking out couponmom.com as well.

I'm still new at couponing so as I learn more I will share more but I would love to hear comments if you have any advice on this!

love always,

That is awesome girl! Where do you find your coupons for JCPenny? I love that place for work clothes :-)

I watched like 8 back-to-back episodes of "Extreme Couponing" on TLC the other night and can TOTALLY see why you enjoy it so much! The savings are phenomenal! I may just try it for myself... :)

Nice! I coupon occasionally but always make sure to buy things that are on sale (or even better, clearance)--I got a bunch of summer clothes (four shirts, two pairs of pants and a swimsuit) at Old Navy for 51 bucks last weekend :)

LOVE extreme couponing! But definitely think it's a little well, extreme. You have to post some tips that you find, because I've tried looking into and it looks a little complicated and time consuming! BTW - love the new layout! Very cute :)
